The same thing has happened to me many times when I am doing a CVI inspection on 18-wheelers and I have to pull the truck into the road and back it back in.The police in my area have stopped me many times telling me the same thing and what I do when I have a free man is to get him out there to stop the traffic.But according to the laws in my state I cannot block traffic to move this truck into our shop without someone with me or I can be fined.
